The Procurement Assistant Coordinator will assist the Category Managers with various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless procurement processes and excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Order Processing: Verify and confirm purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our supply chain management.
  • Pricing Corrections: Accurately update pricing information for vendors and items, maintaining data integrity across our systems.
  • Late Purchase Order Follow-up: Proactively track and follow up on late purchase orders, minimizing delays and optimizing our distribution network.
  • New Item Setup: Effectively set up new items, including product information and deal details, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Data Entry: Enter Product Deals and pre-book orders, ensuring timely and accurate updates in our database.
