Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Training Lead to join our team at Waterco of the Central States, Inc. in the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a standardized training program across Waterco's operations in the Northeast, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development among employees.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, tools, and resources to support employee performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with the centralized training team and technical experts to design and execute training programs, addressing technical levels and skills gaps.
  • Host regular training sessions for Waterco Northeast employees, ensuring new hires undergo thorough basic training.
  • Conduct on-site and in-shop training, along with quality checks, to ensure high-quality delivery and effectiveness.
  • Deliver training courses, including product-related training and new product training, to enhance employee expertise and competitiveness.
  • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for training, identifying areas for improvement and assessing specialized training providers.
  • Pursue current training methods and best practices to continually improve employee training and development.
  • Conduct skills gap analysis for individual and team skills, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Liaise with industry experts to organize training sessions and workshops, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Waterco's products, particularly HH products, with a strong background in Commercial & Industrial experience.
  • Proven experience in analyzing company needs, lesson planning, development, and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Able to travel up to 50% throughout the Northeast region (NY, CT, PA, MA, RI).
  • Strong understanding of business goals and customer service standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with varying levels of management.
