Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take orders from guests and answer any questions they may have in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Accommodate guests' needs and special requests in a timely manner, making suggestions regarding food and drink options when appropriate.
  • Clean guest tables and maintain a tidy dining area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Use a point-of-sale computerized register system to relay orders to the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Present the guest check and handle cash or credit card payments with professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in reading and writing, with effective communication skills.
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours during shifts, with full mobility of hands and arms to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, with a minimum age requirement of 16 years.
