Residential Loan Processor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Loan Processor to join our team at Oregon Pacific Bank. As a key member of our residential lending team, you will be responsible for managing loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage loan portfolios and ensure timely processing of loan applications
- Review and understand loan programs and terms to ensure compliance with Regulation Z and Truth in Lending
- Receive and process loan documentation, notify relevant parties, and file documents in the loan origination system
- Order preliminary title reports, insurance binders, and property profiles as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of loan payments and billing
- Provide exceptional customer service to loan customers and real estate agents
- Collaborate with the Manager of Residential Lending to achieve team goals and objectives
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a customer service environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Email software
- Ability to learn and apply applicable regulations and bank policies
This is a full-time position that requires sitting for long periods and occasional travel to other departments and locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a professional environment, maintain a positive attitude, and provide exceptional customer service.
