Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our skilled electric trades staff in maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position responsible for prioritizing and assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring staff follow policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating department activities, determining maintenance needs, preparing work orders, and monitoring the department budget.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 5 years of relevant electrical experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a Master's license in electrical trade. Supervisory skills, hands-on mechanical skills, and knowledge of compliance and regulation standards are also required.

Preferred Qualifications

Single or combination licensing in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical trades is preferred.
