Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Pine Ridge Physicians Regional Health System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about our facility's policies and services
  • Make advance appointments and handle special requests
  • Issue invoices and collect fees
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phones and assisting managers and supervisors as needed

Requirements
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • High school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience
  • Previous clinic experience preferred
