Job Description

At StubHub, we're on a mission to redefine the live event experience on a global scale. As a key member of our Global Customer Service team, you'll play a vital role in shaping how millions of people buy, sell, connect, and experience live events worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute communication plans to engage and inform employees across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and HR representatives to drive change management initiatives and ensure seamless communication.
  • Design and deliver presentations, reports, and other visual materials to support business objectives and employee engagement.
  • Manage employee engagement activities, including events, communications, and multimedia projects, to inspire and motivate employees.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, standards, and innovations, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in communications, multimedia communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with design and efficiency tools, such as MS PowerPoint, Forms, Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and video production software.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to drive change management initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style and information synthesis based on the audience.
