North American Marketing Operations Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Marketing Operations Manager - US to join our Marketing Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize and execute our North American marketing operations strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the go-to Marketing Operations expert for the Americas region, providing technical guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Utilize Marketo to design, develop, and deploy high-performing email campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting and optimal results.
- Manage and maintain accurate prospect data within our CRM system, following regional events and conferences.
- Develop and implement complex routing logic, including new projects and ongoing maintenance, to ensure efficient campaign execution.
- Leverage ZoomEvents to deliver engaging webinars and virtual events that captivate audiences and drive conversions.
- Analyze data metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and optimization.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- At least 2 years of experience in related Marketing Operations roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in Marketo, with experience in designing, deploying, and analyzing email campaigns.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Chili Piper, Ring Lead, or related routing tools, and ZoomEvents or related webinar platforms.
- Familiarity with Asana or related project management tools, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
- A highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
