Job Overview

At Rancho de Los Caballeros, we're committed to delivering exceptional family ranch experiences. As a Guest Services Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and registering guests, answering phone calls, and providing information about our ranch experiences and local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information from our property management system.
  • Assist guests with all aspects of their stay, including room processing, cash handling, and answering questions about our services and facilities.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Use up-selling techniques to promote our services and facilities and maximize room occupancy.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business needs.
  • Primary emphasis needed on PM shifts (3pm-11:30pm) and weekends.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous hotel front desk/concierge experience preferred.
  • Prior experience with Jonas-Chorum property management systems or other PMS applications (preferred but not required).
  • Microsoft Office/365 experience required, including Excel, Word, and email applications.
  • Arizona State driver's license.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment focused on overall ranch success.
  • Professional image and presentation.
  • Enthusiastic and positive energy at all times.
