Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of costs in our various computer systems. This role requires close collaboration with other departments, including Purchasing, Master Files, Manufacturing Finance, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in our computer systems

Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies

Develop and maintain financial reports and analyses to support business decisions

Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including executives, managers, and colleagues

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Accounting required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum three years of experience in accounting or a related field

Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
