The United States Bowling Congress is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Arlington, Texas.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve OS, application, hardware, and printer issues on personal computers and workstations.

**Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve all manners of computer-related incidents.
  • Manage user network, email, and iSeries accounts.
  • Perform PC installs, moves, adds, and changes.
  • Build and maintain desktop and laptop images.

**Requirements:**

  • Two years of help desk/desktop experience emphasizing IT-related issues/incidents research and resolution.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft networking concepts and systems (i.e. Active Directory, Teams, and Exchange).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment.
