Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Full-time employees working 30+ hours are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), LTD, STD, life insurance, PTO, and licensure reimbursement.

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Continuum Therapy Partners, you will work alongside physical therapists to provide rehabilitation services to patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a post-secondary program in physical therapist assisting, and licensure as a PTA in the state of North Carolina. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
