About the Role
Kaiser Permanente is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Mount Hermon, California. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This includes assessing patients' physical capabilities, identifying areas for improvement, and providing education and guidance on proper techniques and strategies for managing daily activities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific patient needs
- Provide education and training on safe movement practices, ergonomic techniques, and adaptive equipment usage
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) registration required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
