About the Role

This position involves maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu, conducting regular safety checks, and monitoring patient activity. You will also be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, de-escalating acute situations, and engaging in supportive interactions with patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
  • Conducting regular safety checks and monitoring patient activity
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and grooming
  • De-escalating acute situations and providing crisis support

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in counseling or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
