Patient Access Representative 3

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative 3 to join our team at the University of Miami. As a key member of our Patient Access department, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless patient registration and financial clearance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain and verify demographic, financial, and clinical information for patient accounts
- Collaborate with scheduling departments to identify add-on patients and obtain necessary authorizations
- Notify patients of liabilities and collect funds prior to date of service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our system of record
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and families
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
- Bilingual preferred
