About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Provider. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with the elderly and providing personalized care and support.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, a strong desire to work with the elderly, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
  • Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
  • Communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests by following established safety standards.
  • Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
