As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patrons. You will work closely with the Box Office Director and Supervisor to ensure seamless ticket sales and customer service for all events at the Cross Insurance Center and Bangor State Fair.
This role requires a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy. You will be responsible for operating the Paciolan ticketing system, understanding seating charts and configurations, and providing information to patrons via phone and in-person.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $15 and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Additionally, you will receive one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal communication skills, experience working with the public and cash, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
