Job Summary

Snelling is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Louisville, KY. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including accounts payable, invoicing, and customer collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing general administrative tasks.
  • Accounts Payable: Gather vendor invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Invoicing: Create and send invoices to customers, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Customer Collections: Contact customers to collect payment on past due invoices.
  • Backup Support: Provide backup support for our Customer Service Representative position as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma; Associates degree preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of administrative experience.
