About the Role

The Transformation Director Computacenter US is responsible for delivering business-focused change programs to defined targets. This involves providing effective leadership to drive successful business change within Computacenter, establishing productive relationships and networks at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, design, and lead large-scale strategic and complex business change programs.
  • Have awareness of organization design and operational business model adjustments required to achieve change initiative implementation.
  • Ensure business value realization of change initiatives, with a clear business value generation strategy.
  • Articulate technical information into a clear and compelling business narrative for change.
  • Lead and direct implementation of business change initiatives, collaborating with teams across the business for successful implementation.
Requirements
  • Fully certified in program management or business change management with a relevant university-level qualification.
  • Proven track record as an expert delivering large-scale international business change programs.
  • Demonstrated experience of leading, managing, and influencing others.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work within a team-oriented global culture.
