- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient care
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- Experience in cardiovascular nursing, preferably in a cath lab setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
