About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
