About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse who can provide personalized care to adult and pediatric patients with medical needs. As a Homecare Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for administering medication, managing Tracheostomy care, Enteral Tube Feeding, and Ventilator care management, among other tasks. You will also have the opportunity to work in various settings, including home environments and schools.

Responsibilities

As a Homecare Nurse Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Managing Tracheostomy care, Enteral Tube Feeding, and Ventilator care management.
  • Riding buses to and from school with patients when necessary.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
