Job Title: Senior Patient Care Associate

About the Opportunity:

vTech Solution, Inc. is seeking a motivated and compassionate Senior Patient Care Associate to join our team in Lancaster, PA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized patient care and support to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure the highest quality of care.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care (LTC) is required.
  • Ability to work a standard shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
