Licensed Practical Nurse Position with Department of Veterans Affairs

About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting our patients through various physical and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential risks, and intervene as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and share best practices with colleagues.

- FULL, ACTIVE, CURRENT, AND UNRESTRICTED LICENSURE AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL OR VOCATIONAL NURSE IN A STATE, TERRITORY, OR COMMONWEALTH OF THE UNITED STATES, OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
- COMPLETION OF GRADUATE SCHOOL OF PRACTICAL OR VOCATIONAL NURSING APPROVED BY THE APPROPRIATE STATE AGENCY AND/OR THE ACCREDITATION COMMISSION FOR EDUCATION IN NURSING (FORMERLY: NATIONAL LEAGUE FOR NURSING ACCREDITING COMMISSION)
- TECHNICALLY PROFICIENT IN INITIATING, PERFORMING, AND COMPLETING ASSIGNED DUTIES IN PROVIDING CARE TO VARIABLE PATIENT POPULATIONS
