Medical City Arlington, a 435+ bed full-service hospital in south Arlington, is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ICU department. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
- Participating in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- SUPPORTING THE EFFORTS OF THE FACILITY TO IMPROVE ENGAGEMENT BY OPERATIONALIZING CURRENT NURSING STRATEGIES, INCLUDING EMPLOYEE ROUNDING, HOURLY ROUNDS, AND OTHER INITIATIVES.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing and at least two years of clinical practice experience in the ICU specialty. Leadership or management experience is preferred. Additionally, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Compensation
