Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Highgate Hotels. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to our high standards, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Restock housekeeping supplies and linen, and replenish chemical bottles as needed.
  • Report any maintenance repairs or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Handle items for "Lost and Found" according to our standards.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
