About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires strong clinical expertise and leadership skills. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality nursing care is delivered to patients with wounds and other complex conditions.
Job Summary- Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with wounds and other complex conditions.
- Develop and implement evidence-based protocols and guidelines for wound care management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the State of New York.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in wound care or a related field.
- Advanced certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWCN).
