Human Resources Business Strategist

Are you a human resources professional passionate about creating a best-in-class workplace culture? We are looking for an HR Manager to drive our business goals by implementing strategies that enhance the Team Member experience and align with our mission and core values.
The ideal candidate will report to the Director of Human Resources and partner on implementing business strategies and projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company like AGSE, where we value innovation, teamwork, and employee growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term vision, strategy, and goals
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve HR objectives
- Identify key performance indicators to assess the organization's success and market competitiveness
- Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive and recognition programs
- Lead talent management initiatives to source, recruit, and retain top talent
- Provide guidance and leadership to resolve complex employee relations challenges
- Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management
- Foster a culture that inspires commitment to the company's mission and core values
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 7 years of human resource experience, with a preference for minimum of two years of management experience
- Manufacturing or distribution industries highly preferred
- Significant experience with non-exempt roles
- Prior hands-on payroll experience highly preferred
- Experience with growing businesses
- Strong preference for Spanish-speaking candidates, but not required
- Team player with strong relationships at all levels within the organization
- Proficient in using HR systems, including payroll & benefits, Applicant Tracking Systems

- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on education and experience)
