Job Description

As a Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to build meaningful relationships with our seniors, delivering personalized assistance with daily activities, attending to their individual needs, and getting to know their unique preferences and personalities.

You'll be part of a close-knit team that works together to create a warm, supportive environment for our residents. Your contributions will be valued and recognized, as you help us deliver high-quality care with a personal touch.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families.
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any changes in condition or concerns about resident well-being.
  • Participate in creating and updating Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to ensure residents receive tailored care.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment, adhering to OSHA requirements and promoting risk management programs.
  • Assist with meal service and maintenance of dining areas.
Requirements:
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications may be necessary per state regulations.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Able to make informed decisions and act in the best interest of residents.
  • Competent in written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,000 - $65,000, depending on location, skills, and qualifications.
