We are seeking experienced nurses (LPNs and RNs) to join our team in Wexford, Allison Park, and surrounding areas. As a Homecare Nurse with Aveanna, you will provide high-quality patient care, working independently to deliver personalized attention and support to patients in their homes. Your duties will include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Providing skilled nursing care, including wound management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• An active and unencumbered nursing license in the state of Pennsylvania
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a LPN or RN, preferably in home health or hospice care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
