Senior Machine Learning Engineer Role Overview:
The Senior Machine Learning Engineer is a key member of our product team, responsible for contributing to software design, algorithm development, and overall product lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create secure, reliable, scalable machine learning solutions.
Responsibilities- Delivery and Execution (70%): Collaborate with UX, engineering, and product management teams to create effective machine learning solutions; ensure adherence to quality and change control standards; work with the product team to ensure user stories are developer-ready, easy to understand, and testable.
- Learning (10%): Participate in learning activities around modern software design, machine learning, and development core practices; stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices by viewing articles, tutorials, and videos.
- Support and Enablement (20%): Provide application support for software running in production; proactively monitor production Service Level Objectives for products; review Performance and Capacity of all aspects of production: code, infrastructure, data, message processing, and prediction quality.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience in ML development and ML ops lifecycle.
- Skills: Expertise in ML development and ML ops lifecycle; experience working with multiple leading ML models; familiarity leveraging GenAI models; experience with Data Analysis and Machine Learning Tools and Libraries like Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn, Gensim, tensorflow, pytorch, etc.
- Education: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
