Bodywork Specialist

CDR Health Care is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team in the Tallahassee area. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assessing their joint quality and function, and administering therapy treatments to promote relaxation and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Evaluate clients to assess joint quality and function, and identify areas of tension and pain.
• Administer massage and knead muscles and soft tissues to promote relaxation and reduce muscle tension.
• Provide guidance on stretching, strengthening, and posture improvement.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document client treatment records and progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments.

Requirements:

• Massage Therapy License (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience (preferred).
• Flexible schedule to include late afternoon and evening hours, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Attention to detail and high motivation to succeed.
