Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aquatic Program Director to lead our aquatic operations, including recreational programs, athletic events, and special activities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, staff supervision, and customer service.

About the Role
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective outcomes.
  • Develop and implement high-quality aquatics programs, including recreation swimming, swim lessons, and special events.
  • Maintain accurate records, including attendance, participant feedback, and incident reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, providing exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Leisure/Recreation Management or related field; or equivalent experience in program management and leadership.
  • Minimum one year of experience in supervising staff, managing budgets, and coordinating events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
  • A valid driver's license and certification in basic first aid and CPR.
  • National Youth Sports Coaches Association certification preferred.
