">Job Summary
">We are seeking an enthusiastic and assertive Aquatic Instructor to join our team. As an instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons in accordance with British Swim School training and standards. You will work in a fun and gentle environment, following current teaching methods, policies, and safety procedures as detailed in the British Swim School teacher training manual.
">Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will be responsible for:
">• Instructing swimming lessons to children and adults in a fun and engaging manner
">• Following British Swim School's teaching methods, policies, and safety procedures
">• Working in a fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels
">• Maintaining accurate records and reports
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">• A strong passion for water safety and teaching
">• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
">• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
">• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
">• Ability to demonstrate swim strokes appropriately
">Qualifications and Experience
">Preferred qualifications include:
">• Lifeguard certification
">• First aid and CPR training
">• Teaching experience, preferably with children
">Salary and Benefits
">The salary for this position is estimated at $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Other benefits may include opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.
