About the Role
  • Assist with mail sorting, package delivery, and postage management
  • Support record retention efforts by digitizing hard files and dissolving physical records
  • Contribute to the preparation of internal newsletters and assist with gathering information
  • Provide administrative support, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and making reservations
  • Greet visitors, maintain conference rooms, and prepare for meetings and events
