About the Role: As a Registered Nurse on our Intensive Care Unit team at Trios Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the Intensive Care Unit
  • Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care
  • Demonstrate performance consistent with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the assigned unit and the organization

Requirements:

  • A current state RN license and possession of a bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS, ACLS, TNCC required
  • One year of experience required

  • $40.81 – $75.65 per hour wage scale
  • $10,000 - $25,000 commitment-incentive bonus based on experience
  • $2.25 - $4.50 shift differential
