Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Investigative Analyst to join our team at ProMinds Inc. As a key member of our nationwide law enforcement initiative, you will play a critical role in removing the tools of crime from criminal organizations and impacting the infrastructure of criminal enterprises.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of data and information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Resolve inconsistencies and discrepancies in received data, and accurately enter required information into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
  • Manage case/project files, validation, and verification of case data systems, and track case file status to ensure compliance with established deadlines.
  • Prepare and modify reports, correspondence, and documents using word processing software, and provide accurate and timely status updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including managing requests for additional information and selecting relevant information from various sources to prepare documents, reports, and summaries.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or High School Diploma/GED with two years' experience.
  • One-year experience in asset forfeiture or a field related to law enforcement, including legal and military experience.
  • Ability to grasp and understand the organization and functions of the customer, and demonstrate project and workload management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and competence to review, interpret, evaluate, and extract data and information from complex legal and non-legal documents.
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous data entry skills, and intermediate skills with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other common software applications.
  • Proven commitment and expertise to provide excellent customer service, and ability to work in a team environment and maintain a professional disposition.
