Job Description

Fairacres Manor is seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to enhance the nutrition of our residents. As a Dietary Aide, you will prepare and serve food based on the nutritional needs of our residents, maintain sanitation, and manage inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order
  • Prepare meals under the supervision of a Dietary Manager or Dietary Cook
  • Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms
  • Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels, and silverware
  • Stock tables with condiments

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Healthcare/skilled nursing home experience preferred
  • ServSafe certified preferred
