Pier Operations Manager

City Experiences, a renowned provider of exceptional experiences on land and water, is seeking a skilled Pier Operations Manager to lead our Back of House operation in Washington, DC.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will oversee daily pier operations, ensuring seamless coordination of deliveries, inventory management, and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pier operations related to deliveries, inventory, and utility attendants.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained pier environment, including kitchen and storage areas.
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage managers to schedule utility attendants efficiently.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to utility staff to ensure operational tasks are executed effectively.
  • Oversee payroll for utility attendants and direct reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license with an incident-free driving record is required.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals seeking a challenging role.
