Job Title: Clinical Assessment Specialist
Job Summary:
National Counseling Group is seeking qualified professionals to provide services throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a Clinical Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting Comprehensive Needs Assessments and service authorizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face assessments with clients and their guardians to gather relevant clinical information.
- Complete intake forms, including releases, and write the narrative of the Comprehensive Needs Assessment.
- Populate the client's profile in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and connect with associated professionals.
- Recommend services based on the assessment and complete the service authorization process.
- Respond to communication in a timely manner and participate in team meetings and case staffings.
