Payroll Specialist

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position that requires a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will work out of the UW Health administrative facilities in Madison, WI, when in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify the accuracy of employee timecard reports.
- Enter and review changes to employee timecard reports to update payroll checks with retroactive adjustments.
- Review various reports to ensure the accuracy of employee payroll checks.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
Work Experience:
- 1 year of relevant office, accounting, or payroll experience required.
- 2 years of experience in payroll processing preferred.
