Job OverviewThis Adult Acute Care RN position offers a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $85,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and development. As a member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient-centered care, working collaboratively with medical providers and the care team to deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.
You will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, performing procedures as ordered by medical providers, and ensuring thorough documentation of care administration. Additionally, you will educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures, promoting complete understanding.
Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions during admission and scheduled shifts, promptly identifying and reporting changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor patients for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure required.
- Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma required.
