Machinist Fabricator

OurStaff, LLC is seeking an experienced Machinist Fabricator to join our team. This role will be responsible for operating multi-axis machines, setting up and adjusting tools, and ensuring high-quality production.

We are looking for a highly skilled Machinist Fabricator to work on our CNC lathe or mill machine. The successful candidate will have experience with machining processes, quality assurance procedures, and technical documentation.

• Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample work pieces to adhere to drawing and process control standards.
• Maintain specifications by observing the machining process and operations, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting and reprogramming controls, sharpening and replacing worn tools, and adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Confirm with engineering, supervisory, or manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information.
• Study sample parts, drawings, and engineering information to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products, and determine product dimensions and tolerances.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including a salary range of $17-$19 per hour (DOE), depending on experience.
