We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Maternal Child Health Clinical Services Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry and work with a talented team of professionals.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the maternal child health department, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and mother-baby units. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, technical staff, and non-exempt employees
  • Developing and implementing operational improvements to enhance patient care and satisfaction
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Collaborating with physicians and other clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Fostering a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous learning

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A bachelor's degree or four years of experience in a directly related field
  • Minimum five years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary staff
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence and motivate others
  • Success in operations improvement efforts, cost management initiatives, and hospital development and management
  • Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly related to physician relationships and nurse and ancillary caregivers

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants with a master's degree, experience in labor and delivery and/or postpartum, and extensive experience working with physicians and clinicians are preferred.

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
