Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures, including neuro and body procedures, using Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures, including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, drainages, upper and lower extremity, abdominal and pelvic, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access, and neurological studies.
  • Operate Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient imaging procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital settings, with a focus on interventional radiology.
  • ARRT certification and BLS certification required; ARRT advanced certification preferred.
  • Experience with EPIC and McKesson systems a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Work Environment

This is a first-shift position with call, requiring a staggered start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM for 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday. The unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks up to March 15, 2025, to ensure coverage during the holiday season.
