Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Dredging and Dewatering Division in the Northeast US Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Dredging and Dewatering Division, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with engineers and general contractors to develop project plans, specifications, and pricing.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, collect samples, and conduct dewaterability and polymer testing to inform project design and pricing.
  • Estimate project costs, prepare bids, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors.
  • Oversee contract management, including project scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
  • Prepare and review invoices with the Administrative Assistant.
  • Recruit and manage personnel for the division.
  • Communicate with clients, interface with the Operations Manager, and review project-specific and business unit P&Ls.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, flexible, and dependable individual with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and a Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Project/Construction Management experience necessary.
Work Environment

The employee will occasionally work in outside weather conditions and may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, or airborne particles.

Physical Demands

The employee will frequently sit, talk, climb, and hear, and constantly use hands and fingers to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls.

Travel

Travel may be frequent depending on the job assigned.
