Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • BSN required
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
  • BLS required
  • Medical/surgical/telemetry experience preferred
  • Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
  • Have basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients
  • Can function under stress with good interpersonal and communication skills
