Summary
As a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist, you will provide high-quality vascular testing and ABI services to patients, while leading accreditation efforts for the department.
Duties
• Utilize Mass General Brigham's values to guide decisions and actions, ensuring a patient-centered approach.
• Perform vascular and ABI studies as directed by clinicians, identifying anatomical structures and abnormal blood flow patterns.
• Communicate findings to physicians and other healthcare team members, providing explanations and guidance as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain ICAVL accreditation, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
• Current registration as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a RVT sonographer.
• CPR certification.

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to negotiate and collaborate with others of different skill sets, backgrounds, and levels within and external to the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
