Business Development Strategist

Pursue a challenging role at Paul Hastings, a leading international law firm, as a Specialist, Business Development. This position supports our Intellectual Property Practice Group and involves developing strategic business plans, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and driving content-driven campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of strategic business plans, including goals, action items, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with partners, the Business Development, Marketing, and Communications teams, as well as other internal stakeholders in the execution of these plans.
- Draft and prepare written proposals, pitches, and other communications to clients, prospective clients, and related third-party organizations.
- Develop strong knowledge of the practice's market position, key strengths, bench of expertise in key industries, and client base.
- Drive content-driven campaign strategy designed to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the global business development team on the identification and pursuit of cross-selling initiatives.
- Support the practice's key client efforts and work with colleagues on best practices to ensure the identification, development, and growth of high-value services to key clients.
- Bachelor's Degree (required).
- At least four years of professional work experience supporting business development or marketing initiatives at a peer law firm or professional services firm.
- Experience supporting Intellectual Property Practice Group (preferred).

- Estimated annual salary: $90,000 - $110,000.
