Job Overview:
SMM Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Cardiovascular Care Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, employee evaluations, productivity reports, and onboarding new candidates.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position with a 1.0FTE schedule, Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm or 5pm. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services in our unit.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating staff
- Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Monitor and adhere to budget guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Two years' registered nurse experience, with progressive leadership responsibility OR one year of registered nurse experience plus one year of relevant leadership experience

Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near and far
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication
